  1. Klout scores are interesting from a vanity/ego standpoint, and many people use them that way and that’s fine. But I wouldn’t really depend on them indicating anything of value. For instance, there’s a bunch of companies listed at http://www.facebooklikesreviews.com that do nothing other than get people more likes, followers, etc. You can bet that many of the people who have a higher Klout score have used some of these services to pump up their own social media scores so they appear more popular than they actually are. That being said, this would be an impressive achievement regardless of how imperfect a measurement it is.
